What is talk story? Hawaiian was an oral language passed down through stories, from generation to generation, before Europeans arrived. To talk story is to converse, share experiences, to be raw, authentic, and thus bonding with those you are sharing​ with, in the moment.
​When I talk story on this blog, I will be sharing personal experiences from my youth. I may also use Talk Story for giving the backstory for the particular post.
