If there is an issue, we first try to contact you via email. If you cannot be reached, we then try the phone. A purchase record helps us serve you better and gives you access to the downloads you purchased. 

Download Manager is a plugin used to manage access to purchased products. This plugin tracks and grants access to products purchased.
